Warranty Service
Contact us with your order number, S/N number, problem, and warranty. European warranty service will be available once we confirm your claim is valid. We will offer a replacement depending on specific conditions. You can bring your device to our local service center or ship it with the original packaging.
Out-of-Warranty Repair
For devices that warranty period has expired or not covered by warranty, you can replace damaged spare parts with a charge. Spare parts prices are subject to local conditions.
System Upgrade Service
If you have system updating problems, contact us and we will upgrade it to the newest version.
