Warranty Policy
Limited Warranty：
NothingProjector provides this limited warranty. It guarantees that the product is free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal indoor residential or commercial use conditions within the following periods.
1、Product Warranty Policy：
Projector: 24 months from the date of receipt; unless otherwise noted on the product page;
NothingProjector screens: 48 months from the date of receipt;
Other brand screens: 24 months from the date of receipt;
Accessories: 24 months from the date of receipt; unless otherwise noted on the product page;
2、Warranty for Quality-Related Issues
NothingProjector's limited warranty is limited to the purchasing country/region. The limited warranty is invalid for items carried outside the original purchasing country/region or items shipped directly from authorized online purchases.
3、Warranty Details Explanation:
Buyers must provide sufficient proof of purchase NothingProjector must record any issues encountered during the buyer's troubleshooting of the product.
Serial numbers of defective products and/or visible evidence of defects may be required Products may need to be returned for quality inspection.
4、Valid Purchase Proof:
Order number from purchases made through NothingProjector online Please note that processing warranty claims may require more than one type of purchase proof (such as remittance receipts and confirmation of the original shipping address).
5、Not Covered by Warranty:
- Any reasons other than confirmed defects
- Products without sufficient purchase proof
- Lost or stolen products
- Items beyond the warranty period
- Non-quality issues
- Free products
- Repairs done by third parties
- Damages due to misuse (including but not limited to: drops, extreme temperatures, water, and incorrect operation of equipment)
- Purchases from unauthorized sources
- Customized products
6、NothingProjector is not liable for the following:
- Data loss caused by using NothingProjector products
- Personal items returned to NothingProjector
