Thank you for choosing NothingProjector. We appreciate your support and are committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional service. Below, you will find the terms and conditions that outline our return, refund, and exchange policies. To provide you with the best possible support, we kindly recommend recording a video or taking photos during the unboxing process. This helps document any potential cracks or scratches that may be present before the product is fully unpacked.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges:
- Return Policy Duration: We offer a 14-Day Trial for our products. If you are not satisfied, you may return the item within 14 calendar days of receiving it for a refund, provided the product is in its original, unused condition and does not affect its resale value. If more than 14 days have passed since receiving your order, but you can clearly demonstrate that there is a quality issue under normal use (and the evidence has been verified by our after-sales team), please contact us. We will provide repair services or, in the case of serious issues, a replacement product.
- Damaged on Arrival (DOA): If your product arrives damaged, we will help you. Please take photos and indicate the damage immediately upon signing for it, mark the damage on the POD to facilitate your claim, and contact us immediately after receiving the item with clear evidence, such as photos of the damage, so that we can assist you with a replacement or refund.
- Warranty Repairs: We offer free repairs for eligible items within the warranty period. Our customer service team is happy to guide you through the process and provide further details.
- Refund Requests: If you’d like to request a refund, please do so within 14 days of receiving your order. Refunds will be processed after we’ve inspected and approved the returned item.
- Purchases Outside of NothingProjector: For items purchased through channels other than the NothingProjector online store, please contact the retailer for return, refund, or exchange services.

Order Cancellation:
①Before Shipment: If your order has not yet shipped, you can cancel it for a full refund. Please contact us as soon as possible to make the request.②After Shipment: For orders that have already shipped, cancellation depends on whether the shipment can be intercepted. If interception is not possible, you will need to receive the order and then follow our return process. Please contact our customer service team for assistance and detailed instructions.③Change of Mind Returns: For non-defective items returned after receipt, a 20% fee will be charged to cover shipping and restocking costs. Please ensure the item meets our return requirements to avoid additional fees.

All Returns Must Include:
- Original Packaging: The original packaging (manufacturer's box, plastic bags, styrofoam, etc.)
- Manufacturer Documentation: The manufacturer documentation (manuals, warranty cards, registration information, etc.)
- Accessories: All of the accessories (remote controls, batteries, carrying cases, software, etc.)
- Free Gifts or bundles: Please return any included gifts along with the product. If any accessories or bundled items are missing from the returned product, the value of those items will be deducted from your refund.
- Proof of Purchase: Proof of purchase is required.
If the product does not meet the above requirements, the return may be refused.
Exchange:
- Damaged or Faulty Products: If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please reach out to NothingProjector customer service within 24 hours of delivery and share photo evidence of the issue. We’ll be happy to assist you with an exchange.
- Damage Due to Misuse: Please note that warranty coverage may not apply if the product is damaged due to improper use.
Return Process:
Provide the order number to support@nothingprojector.com. NothingProjector will guide you through the return process, including selecting the appropriate warehouse, and will process the refund once the returned item is received.
Return Costs:
- Quality Issues: If the return is due to quality issues within 14 days, NothingProjector will cover the shipping costs.
- No Reason Return: If you wish to return a product for personal reasons, it must be in brand-new, unopened condition. A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returns not due to an error on our part. This policy helps ensure that our products remain in perfect condition for all customers. Please note that if the item is not in brand-new condition, additional fees may apply. Returns may also be refused if the product shows signs of use, damage, or an unacceptable condition. To avoid any extra charges or potential refusal, kindly ensure your return meets these requirements.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email confirming its receipt. You will also be notified whether your refund has been approved or declined. If your refund is approved, we will process it promptly, and a credit will be issued to your original payment method within 3-10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. If you’ve completed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, don’t hesitate to contact us at support@nothingprojector.com.
Process:
- Buyers must provide sufficient proof of purchase.
- NothingProjector must document any issues encountered during the product troubleshooting process.
- Serial numbers of defective products and/or visible evidence of defects may be required.
- Products may need to be returned for quality inspection.
Valid Proof of Purchase:
- Order number for purchases made through the NothingProjector online store.
- Claims cannot be processed for products beyond the original warranty period.
NothingProjector is not responsible for expenses incurred in the following cases:
- Products returned for reasons other than confirmed defects.
- Warranty claims for products purchased outside the original buying country.
- Accidental returns by buyers.
- Returning personal items.
- Returning items claimed to be defective but found to be in normal working condition by NothingProjector's quality control.
- Expenses associated with unauthorized returns (returns made outside the approved warranty process).
Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange:
- Customized products.
- Products without sufficient proof of purchase.
- Lost or stolen products.
- Items beyond the warranty period.
- Non-quality issues (after 30 days of purchase).
- Free products.
- Repairs done by third parties.
- External damages.
- Damages due to misuse (including but not limited to: drops, extreme temperatures, water, improper device operation).
- Purchases from unauthorized sources.
