1、Shipping Rules:
You can enjoy free standard shipping for all products in our store.
2、Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped from our overseas warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Within 48 hours of shipment, you can access the tracking service website to track your package. If the tracking information has not been updated for 5 working days, please contact sales@nothingprojector.com.
Shipping Time for Overseas Warehouse Stocked Items:
Order Processing Time:
We usually ship from the designated warehouse within 1-2 working days, or 3-5 working days during peak seasons.
The time required to prepare your product, undergo rigorous quality control testing, and carefully package the item for shipment is separate from the delivery time. We appreciate your understanding.
Delivery Time:
Delivery time for the USA, EU, and Australia regions is 5-7 working days after order processing.
For other regions, please contact customer service at sales@nothingprojector.com for delivery times and shipping methods.
Shipping & Tax:
Items purchased on the nothingprojector website include free shipping and taxes. No additional charges are applied.
3、Shipping Time for Pre-sale Items:
The delivery time for pre-sale items is as indicated on the product page, generally 45-60 days after ordering.
4、Shipping Time for Customized Items:
Due to customization based on user requirements, the delivery time for customized items is 60-90 days after ordering.
5、Mailing Address:
A complete and correct shipping address is essential.
Once your order is ready for shipment or has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you (the customer) or your agent, we will contact you immediately for correction, and the package will be resent, but additional shipping fees may apply. You must provide a daytime telephone number for all orders. Sometimes, packages may be returned to nothingprojector due to failed delivery attempts. When the carrier returns undeliverable packages to nothingprojector, please contact customer service to arrange for re-delivery.
