What is the recommended projection distance for the projector?
The optimal projection size is 100-120 inches. Since each projector has a different projection ratio, the optimal projection distance varies. Click on a specific product page for more information.
Can I project directly onto a frameless curtain or wall?
If you intend to project directly onto a frameless curtain or wall, please make sure the surface is flat and there are no obstacles behind the curtain or on the wall. Please note that the auto-correction function may be affected by the environment, resulting in a slight error that can be adjusted manually.
What should I do if my HDMI has no signal?
- Use a different HDMI cable: Sometimes, the cable might be faulty. Try using another HDMI cable to see if it resolves the issue.
- Test with another device: Connect your projector to a different device using the same HDMI cable. This helps determine if the issue is with the projector or the original device.
- Adjust output settings: Ensure that the HDMI output resolution and refresh rate of the connected device match those of your projector. This can often fix compatibility issues.
How to fix autofocus failure of my projector?
- Clean the lens: Use a soft, clean, and dry cloth to wipe away any dirt.
- Check for obstructions: Ensure the camera and ToF on the front panel are not blocked.
- Adjust projection distance: Make sure the projector is within the effective focus range. Check your product page for specific details.

How do I track my order?
When your order ships, we'll send you an email with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. Registered users can check their order status on the "Order Status" page.
How long does it take to process an order?
All in-stock orders are processed daily from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays). Please allow one to two business days for processing unless specified otherwise.

How do I get free shipping on my order?
We offer free shipping on all orders.
How long does the delivery take?
Australia:
Typical shipping time: 2-7 business days.
For metropolitan areas: 2-3 working days.
North America and Europe:
Typical shipping time: 2-7 business days.
For EU customers from EU warehouses: 4-7 working days.
Other Regions:
If your address is not in Australia, North America, or Europe, the parcel will be shipped directly from China.
Typical shipping time: 7-15 business days.
For overseas customers: 7-14 working days.
I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?
We strive to ensure all your items arrive simultaneously. However, sometimes products are shipped separately due to different shipping options based on the item.
What could I do if my order arrived damaged?

Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?
Unfortunately, once your order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address or delivery options. Please double-check and ensure that you have entered the correct address when placing your order.

In order to ensure better service, please record video or take pictures of the unboxing process to confirm the existence of cracks or scratches before unboxing.
- No refunds or exchanges for items purchased from the NothingProjector website without quality issues.
- In case of product damage upon arrival (DOA), we offer refunds or replacements. Please submit your request within 10 days of receipt.

When will I receive my refund?
