NothingProjector has been supplying projectors and ALR screens since 2019. The people who answer your email are the same people who test the screens.
- Authorized dealer We buy directly from AWOL Vision, Formovie, JMGO, XGIMI and the other brands we list — so warranty runs through us, not a marketplace.
- Real installation advice Send us a photo of the wall and we will tell you the screen size, gain and mounting height that actually works in your room.

How quickly will I get a reply?
Within 24 hours, including weekends. Orders and warranty cases are triaged first, so include your order number if your message is about an existing purchase.
My order arrived damaged — what should I do?
We open and test every unit before it ships, but if it arrives dead on arrival we will refund or replace it free of charge. Please raise a DOA case within 7 days of receiving the parcel, with photos of the unit and the packaging. See our Refund Policy.
Do you price match?
Yes. If you find an identical item at a lower advertised price within 45 days, send us the link through the form above and we will look at it. Full terms are on the 45-Day Price Match page.
Can I cancel or return an order?
Customers in the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal — see the withdrawal form. Outside that, unless stated otherwise on the product page we do not accept returns for a change of mind, so ask us before you order if you are unsure about sizing.
