Warranty and Return
One Year Warranty
Unless otherwise noted on the product page, the default product warranty period is one year starting from the date you receive the goods, during which you are eligible for free repair or exchange. Any claim needs to be confirmed with the manufacturer via Customer Service.
Unless otherwise noted on the product page, customers must pay the shipping fees for returning the item to China repair base accordingly, while we will cover the shipping fees to send the repaired item back to the customer.
From the date of purchase, our refund and return policy lasts for 7 days. If more than 7 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
- We do not accept returns for reasons such as a change of mind, provided the product remains undamaged.
- To be eligible for a return, your projector must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- We require a receipt or proof of purchase to process your return.
As a partner of Formovie, the authority to assess the extent of damage lies with Formovie’s official team. For issues like noise problems, if the determination proves challenging, we will rely on Formovie’s response as the guiding factor.
- Unboxing Video Requirement: For products like screens that are prone to damage, we kindly ask you to provide an unboxing video. This helps us ensure the condition of the product upon arrival.
- Thorough Inspection: It’s crucial to inspect the product carefully during unboxing. Any damages should be recorded in the video for our reference.
- Installation Precautions: Once the screen is unboxed and fully installed, please note that our after-sales service might not be included. Ensure you are satisfied with the product before final installation.
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund via email.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a specified number of days.
We only replace projectors if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at email@example.com.

- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. These costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.
If there’s no valid reason for a refund and return, and the product remains undamaged, the customer can still initiate a refund request. In such cases, the customer is required to return the product to the address provided by our customer service and bear the associated return shipping fee. Additionally, the customer is responsible for a 6% return handling fee based on the total order amount.
